See What our Esteemed Guests Have to say!

We have just enjoyed our fifth stay in The Gildhall in Higham. We love the warmth and comfort of this beautiful period thatched cottage, and the views and walks from it’s own park, and beyond. My dogs enjoy every moment too, Plenty of space to run round the grounds and then home to a cosy kip in front of the aga. The kitchen is beautiful, And besides being very well equipped, it’s a pleasure to cook in and eat at the scrubbed table. Each room is tastefully appointed And really comfortably furnished. The only problem I have with The Gildhall is that I never want to leave! We are looking forward to our next visit already. Thank you Chris.
